SKINsoft is committed to conducting its business with integrity, transparency, and respect for human rights. This Modern Slavery Statement outlines the steps we take to identify, prevent, and address modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. This statement is made pursuant to relevant legislation, e.i., the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and covers the current financial year.

Our Business and Supply Chains

SKINsoft specializes in the development and implementation of collection management solutions for cultural institutions. Our operations span worldwide, and our supply chain includes hosting providers, hardware manufacturers, and professional service consultants.

Policies and Commitments

We are dedicated to fostering an environment free from exploitation. Our key policies supporting this commitment include:

  • Code of Conduct: Enforces ethical behavior and respect for human rights.
  • Supplier Code of Conduct: Requires our suppliers to adhere to standards preventing forced labor, child labor, and exploitation
  • Whistleblowing Policy: Encourages employees and stakeholders to report unethical or illegal practices confidentially.

Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

We continuously assess risks related to modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. Steps include:

  1. Supplier Screening: Conducting thorough vetting of new and existing suppliers to ensure compliance with anti-slavery policies.
  2. Contractual Obligations: Including anti-slavery clauses in supplier contracts.
  3. Regular Audits: Monitoring high-risk suppliers and regions to ensure compliance with our standards.

Training and Awareness

To ensure awareness and understanding of modern slavery issues:

  • We provide training to employees on identifying and addressing risks of modern slavery.
  • We engage suppliers and partners to promote ethical practices across our supply chain.

Measuring Effectiveness

We assess the effectiveness of our measures by:

  • Monitoring and auditing supplier practices.
  • Tracking reports or incidents of non-compliance through our whistleblowing mechanism.
  • Reviewing and updating policies and practices annually to address emerging risks.

Looking Forward

We are committed to continually improving our approach to combating modern slavery. In the upcoming year, we plan to:

  • Expand training programs for employees and suppliers.
  • Enhance risk assessment frameworks for new supplier partnerships.
  • Strengthen collaboration with industry peers to share best practices.

Approval
